Bankstown Airport

Bankstown Airport is located at Milperra Road and Henry Lawson Drive, Milperra. Just exit the M5 Motorway at Henry Lawson Drive and head due north.

Australian Aviation Museum Bankstown Inc.
The Museum displays a wide range of aircraft and aviation artifacts, many of which were manufactured at Bankstown. Current displays include a number of Hawker de Havilland aircraft built during and after WWII, Tiger Moths, Mosquito Bombers, Drovers and Vampires.

Bankstown Sports Club

A registered social club which supports approximately 26 different sports and other social activities such as aerobics, ballroom dancing, belly dancing classes, bingo, judo, karate, palates and yoga. The club has entertainment, accommodation, food & beverages.

Bankstown Trotting Recreational Club

A recreational club with activities such as old time dancing, Irish Rock and New Vogue dance classes, line dancing, rock'n'roll nights, tai chi, bingo, poker, euchre and darts. The Memories function centre available for weddings and other functions. The club has a Courtesy Bus for members.

Dunc Gray Velodrome


This world-class facility is located at the Crest Sporting Complex in Bass Hill and is a legacy of the Sydney 2000 Games and Australian track cycling.

The Velodrome hosts numerous local, state, national and international cycling events each year and serves as a sport and recreational venue for the southwestern Sydney community.

Mirambeena Regional Park
Address: Adjoining the Georges River from Lansdowne to Georges Hall. Picnic areas, and cycling and pedestrian paths.

Revesby Workers' Club

Sefton Golf Course
A Par-3 golf course set in a leafy residential area, managed by Bankstown City Council.  Holiday learning programs for children.  Includes picnic area and kiosk.

Telstra Museum

A volunteer-based Museum that manages and displays the NSW component of Telstra's historical telecommunications industry photographs, artifacts and memorabilia.
