Bankstown Bites Food Festival

25 July 2009  was another successful day for Bankstown Bites!

People from all over Sydney joined us from 10am to 4pm to celebrate the diversity of food and what Bankstown has to offer.

Attracting thousands of visitors, this fabulous family day featured:

  • guided discovery food tours
  • celebrity cooking demonstrations with TV Chef, Fast Ed
  • live performances
  • roving entertainment
  • international food stalls
  • free family activities:  kids food craft, face painting, jumping castle, puppet shows and more

These popular themed walking tours of Bankstown food businesses included Sweet Treats, European Delights, Asian Explorer and Treats from the Middle East.
